Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges on orders within the U.S. All shipping costs to send back exchanges are incurred on the customer. Once we receive your exchange, a replacement will ship within 48 hours (except weekends and Holidays). Shoes must be in original condition (not worn outside) and must have ALL original packaging. Size exchanges for International customers require the customer to send back the product, and create a whole new order for the next size.
Returns Policy
Shoes purchased within 30 days may be returned for a full refund. Return the item along with the RMA# (provided in E-mail) written on the outside of a shipping box. To receive an RMA# go to our Easy Returns page. Shoes must be in original condition (not worn outside) and must have ALL original packaging. Refunds will be credited once your return is processed.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items back to our warehouse. We recommend that you ship via FEDEX, UPS, or a USPS method that gives you a tracking#.
Refund of Shipping Costs
We are unable to provide a shipping refund for returned items. In the event there is a defective problem with the shoe, please email pictures to [email protected], and we will refund all delivery charges and send out a replacement free of charge.
